non-person?

On Monday, a lovely day off from work at that, I started feeling sick with a sore throat. Didn't think much of it at the time as usually these things blow over pretty fast for me. Especially once I get in on the echinacea and vitamin c. However, it is now Wednesday and I've only gotten worse. Perhaps this is Opposites Week and vitamin c actually causes colds and flus instead of healing them.

This all culminated this morning as I went to the bathroom after a frightfully good sneeze to wash my hands. If the room has been idle for a while, the lights dim until someone enters the room, where they flare back up to full strength. Such was not the case for me. So I stood there, in front of the motion sensor, washing my hands, in the near dark. Apparently the sickness had turned me into a non-person, one not worthy of bathroom light.

PS - I haven't been back to Kent's yet to see if my security light buddies there still love me or not.
